    Hi just to let people know that the newest shipment of competition standard Kettlebells are now in stock so anyone interested can contact myself (ross) in Dave Joyce's S.E.A.M.A Academy in Galway or can contact Jason directly!
    i know some of the guys who attended the last seminar in Galway were looking for some?

    oh and to let people know were planning on running another Seminar in Galway on the weekend of the 3rd/4th of May.

    There is also a foundation kettlebell workshop in Belfast on the 27th April.Along with the bell's being there for any one interested in getting one just contact sales3kings@googlemail.com

    Just to let people know the second Galway Kettlebell Workshop is confirmed for Sunday the 4th of May in S.E.A.M.A Academy and anyone looking for equipment can get them there on the day too! :D
