Anyone weighing in from Dublin tomorrow can do so at SBG Headquarters. John has kindly agreed to conduct the weigh in, starting at 11 am. John has made arrangements to be in the gym for a while, so if you don't make your weight first time you will be able to cut at SBG. Thanks again John.

no probs....and i'll stay as long as it takes for everybody to make weight...i know it aint easy

whats not easy...making wait tomorrow should be ok, im gone all skinny now hehe...in saying that ill jump on the scale and be 69 kg or something haha
