How to tell if a phone supports 3g

Hi, i'm wondering how I can tell from the specs of a phone if it supports 3g when there is no mention of 3g in the specs. Specifically this phone: http://www.eemobi.cn/mobile/13/726/4702.aspx Thanks for any assistance

Operating Frequency: GSM
Network Frequency: 900/1800/1900MHz

it's not 3g. it would have 2100MHz and say 3g or umts
