I went to foreword an EBay parcel on to the UK at my local post office; The parcel is not much bigger than what the guy has under his arm in the image and contained a specialised laptop computer. The charge came to e49.00 which I would consider rather expensive. Using my brand new e-parcel discount card I was hoping to get something knocked off the price, no not at all as it was "over their threshold" limit. This is ridiculous as most of my eBay trading consists of similar packages. Looks like I will be using my local courier service that will pick up at my doorsep again.

Ive never used it either, as initially it was only for parcels, not packets, which made the fees more expensive than what I normally pay anyway. They changed it recently, but to be honest the card was useless and is shoved in a drawer somewhere never to be seen again.

The number of discounts you can get with it is very limited but I have heard of a few sellers getting a good discount on packages they've sent.

I use it all the time. Most of what i sell are parcels that are approx 3kg. Its perfect for any parcel less than 5kg. I receive huge discounts on the EMS courier service.
