Full board hotels in Ireland

I'm looking for family friendly hotel that offers full-board/all inclusive pricing, preferably with a spa and pool. I know about Kellys in Wexford, but i was wondering if there are any other recommended ones?

I think Celtic Ross Hotel in Cork and Hotel Westport might.
