Any other 20-30 something former rave heads remember X-worx jeans?

    While were on the subject:

    Joe Bloggs

    Petro Motion

    NAF NAF

Admiral (oh you were a real Madchester head if you had any of this gear)

That jeans brand with the drawing of the fella smoking a joint?

    New Balance runners

    Converse CZ-220 white boot runners

    Fila "IF" Jeans

    Big Umbro Jackets

    Chicago Bulls Gear

    Los Angeles Raiders Gear

ah them were the days. never had Xworkx cause they were raver gear and I was a METALLER!
But I remember the jeans with Cypress hill and House of pain patches etc sewn onto them. Used to get them in Hairy legs on talbot st. Someone needs to find pictures of all this gear from back in the day.

Had a pair of x-worx jeans and a black Eclipse (I think) bomber jacket with a big smiley face on the back!

    Went through that phase too:

Sepultura Chaos AD T-shirt (my prized possession)

    Black Combat Jacket

    Black Combat trousers

    Cypress Hill Jellybag hat

    Big wooly jumpers

Black Doc Marten / Caterpillar boots

    School bag destroyed with Grafitti:

"Body Count" "Cop Killer" "**** the Police" "NWA" "Public Emeny" "Metallica" "Skid Row"

House of Pain - Despite the fact they only had one song.

There was always a big connection between all the metalers and the hip-hop heads.

I suppose it helped to define them against all the ravers.

Anyone remember the Crossover soundtrack for the film "Judgement Night" ?

Oh of course I forgot that Pantera t-shirt for:

    "Vulgar display of power"

With some fella getting a punch in the face.

With clothes like this it's no wonder I never got any:)

Oh and those black leather biker jackets with the manky tippex slogans written on them.

Those were the bad boys in my school.

X-worx were made using child labour! I know this for a fact because I was the bloody child!

My mam used to do all of the embroidery on X-worx and Eclipse jeans and jackets. She ran her own embroidery company from the house so they would deliver loads of boxes of jeans and stuff all the time, they were bloody everywhere, so my mam used to have me move all the stuff and pack the boxes and crap like that, and I was paid about 20p an hour.

So I would just like to say to anyone who ever bought a pair of X-worx jeans, I hope you liked them, you bastids :D

Had me a pair of XworX and insanely baggy Eclipse jeans too. I was a "metaller" too though, so is it any wonder I didn't fit in........

i managed to avoid this fashion as i was going through my "parker lewis" phase: jordans, slacks and paisley shirts.....oh **** that sounds just as bad.

i loved my old KLF t shirts though....wish i still had them

X-works Jeans two size's two big and LA Raiders hoody.

I tought i was hard as nails wearing them clothes, until i got into a fight and realised i fight like a girl.

I had a pair of british knights. I think they where red & white with a big plastic bubble on the back.

The guy that sold the jeans up'd his game a year later by selling levis 501

Gravity jeans ftw. And those little runner-boot things in pretty vile colours. But my all time faves were the slightly padded jackets (kinda like a hooded parka) with a handy pocket taking up virtually the whole back of it with a nice little plastic fastener thing not unlike a plane seatbelt clasp...because clearly you need to store stuff in the back of your coat for all the world to see.

There's a red Eclipse t-shirt still at my parents' house, well I'm pretty sure it's still there. It was given to me by my eldest brother after he grew out of it.

Never had Xworx or NAFF gear but the older brothers did. I remember 'em well.
