Flash,XML PHP query

I have created a flash quiz that gives a score at the end. I want to pass this score from flash to PHP and then into an SQL database. does anyone have any suggestions about how to go about this? Did I need to get flash to create an xml with the score then PHP to read that? Any help or suggestions would be great :)

yes that would be the best way, just pass on the username and score as xml in actionscript to 2 php variables and have that connect and inject it into an sql table.
