Paying Ryanair with Laser/Maestro, yes/no, how?

I noticed Ryanair have the Maestro symbol on their payments page, but it doesn't come up in the drop-down list. Also what about AIB Laser? Anybody know what the term "ELV payments" mean.

ELV is an electronic direct debit. I think its mainly used in Germany.
