For the sake of your health dont try it at home. Try a good detox book which will give you some tips without the dangers

well they are pretty common among gay men so it should not be too hard to get one I think they are sold as a douse in chemists (not rely sure your going to have to go in and ask) it’s basically a squeeze bottle with a special nozzle , you insert squeeze and well expel the water (and poop) , let me know where you get one as it’s something im interested in
