Going rates to buy farm land per Acre??

Whats the going rate per acre for large sales in your areas.. ie 10k or 20k want to buy a but of the brother in law in kk but only going to give him farming rate... If he'll take that of course - I'd be looking for maybe 5 acres tops.. just need a good idea of going prices@: you know how it is i cant ask anyone in the…
