Looking to get a pressie for the BF

    Hi Guys

Looking for some tips on what to get for the BF. I want to buy him a pressie since he is so good to me all the time in so many little ways.

Anyway, he doesn't really have any hobbies as such. He's not a big sports fan, hates soccer, somewhat interested in rugby and big time into the horse-racing.

In his early 30's and not really into computers at all.

Any suggestions as to what kind of presents men actually like to receive? Got him clothes for christmas which I think he liked.

Would love a few ideas as to what would be a nice present.

Ps. planning on spending probably no more than 200 squids.

Pfft! As if. I think you underestimate us?

Besides it's steak and BJ day on the 14th so it's not as if we would recommend gifts that are coming to us anyway by right.

Thanks for the suggestion of a gadget Kevin - not a bad idea.

Had no idea about the 14th until I googled it there. Quite mad.

Unfortunately we'll not be together on the 14th so I guess he'll miss out on that particular treat:):)

Is this really ALL it takes to make a man happy?

Lol Jackie don't ask the brothers that! I'm not sure you'll get many serious answers in here hun.
If he's into rugby you could try and get a game (not a 6 nation one obv) - or take him out for a day with the horses. Does he like DIY or anything? that you might get him something he'd use. Or something for his car (if he has one). Or even a nice weekend away, although that might go over budget.

    I don't understand this question.

I know what all of the words mean, but the sentence doesn't make sense to me

Maybe arrange a trip to the Irish derby in the Curragh at the end of June ?

Get him a squat rack and weights, and ten crates of Dutch to drink beside it. Best buzz ever!

    Thanks for all the suggestions.

Think I might buy him an i-pod.

Big into horse racing. How about a hip flask. Pewter or Sterling silver if your budget will stretch. Nothing like a nip of something strong when the wind would cut you in half at a chilly race meeting. Pair of Binoculars. Tweed jacket.

You might also like to ask the same question of the wimmins in "The Ladies Lounge"

    one for all voucher! :D

Ah no, you can get vouchers for paintballing and quading and all that jazz. I have a christmas pressie of quaddin and paintballing to use still. Not at the same time unfortunately as drive by paintballing sounds so much fun!

    Eh... what?

Listen, keep it to steaks and blowjobs here.

Leave all discussion of menopausal TV shows to the Ladies Lounge.

If you're not carrying beer, food, or blowjobs the wimmins would best be mindful that the bretheren are not listening to a word you say.

Steak and BJ is for life, not just March 14th ;):D

If he's into gambling you could get Vouchers in Paddypower. 50 quid voucher from PP and an Ipod. I'd be well chuffed with something like that. Surely you'd get an Ipod for 150. Give him a ride too. Very important. A ride makes the lads feel loved.

You could look in the thread about tshirts. It's around this one somewhere. There's some pretty cool ones there. That's a good pressie because they're unusual and you don't see them everywhere!
