Problem getting Irish Channels on Sky

I got a Sky box at the weekend and I can get all of the channels except the Irish ones (RTE1, RTE2, TV3, TG4). They are showing up on the programme guide as Channels 101 - 104 but I get the message "Programme Not Available" when I select.

Sky have sent down a number of signals to reset the card but I still can't get the channels. They've checked the software levels on the Sky box and they're OK.......anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Yes, it's just the Irish ones....everything else is fine. I've got the full Sky package for the 1st month free so I can see BBC, Ch4, Movies, Sky Sports etc.

Don't have access to a different box unfortunately

Its a sky problem only they can correct it

I've found that a callback usually fixes that, or pairing up the card.

Yeah its often happening me when I do installls. I blame the people at the other end of the line as most of them haven't a clue what there doing, and everytime I do an install I get asked a different set of questions...ring them up and tell them to hit your card with a signal again usually sorts the problem

Thanks All !!....got it working. Sky managed to reset it on the fourth attempt...something about a stronger signal being sent to the Sky box

Typical BS by sky, they just re authorised your card properly this time.

LOL at the stronger signal? Did they push the button to send it harder than usual?
