I'd be a bit freaked out, I'd rather live a few houses away from the actualy gaf.

For those who say no, would you sleep well at night if you ever needed an extended stay in a hospital?

I'd have no problem living in the same estate as a murderer.

All of my neighbors live near one and they have never complained. Well, not after the first two anyway ;)

There was a house for sale in Delmege Park Moyross for 50K over the last 4 years. It was taken off the market about 4 months ago when its owners were told they will get up to 300k towards the value of a new house in the area when they kick out the skumbags.

Are there any houses in Limerick that have never been a murder scene at some point?

My dad bought a car that he later found out had been used by its previous owner to dispose of his wifes body. Car never worked well and he got rid of it quickly.

So there you go. If you buy a murder house it probably will have dirty tapwater or poor insulation.....

No problem with it at all. I stopped letting ghost stories get to me when I grew up

When I first moved in with my husband (then bf), we went to see a place to rent. Everything was going well till we went into the kitchen and the estate agent told us that the owner of the place had had a heart attack and died on the kitchen table, where he was found the next day by a neighbour:eek:

    We didn't take it.

I've always wanted to ask that agent....but....why did you tell us?[/quote]

so far as i know its law and they have to!

I wouldnt mind living in the same estate in which a murder had taken place. In fact the house behind my old family home was a "murder house". I dont think I'd like to live in a house where a crime like that had taken place. My uncle and aunt are presently moving back here from Dublin and my aunt (who has a Dub accent) was being shown houses by an estate agent and one of them was a property where one of the most well known murders in the county had taken place about 7 years ago. The estate agent didnt tell her of course. The house wasnt any cheaper than any of the other properties either, but she recognised the house straight away.

I'd be fine in a murder house..........unless it was in Clonee, the commute would kill me.
