N95 - no caller ID showing up

Got one on Vodafone on Thursday and everything's great with it aside from the fact that no caller ID shows up when people phone me. It just displays 'call' and doesn't say who's calling or what number. It's the same for missed calls, just tells me I've a missed call but doesn't say from who.

do numbers show up with your sim in another phone? if so, go into a vodafone shop and get a replacement sim. if not, call vodafone customer care and tell them

it happens when you port to vodafone bill pay, just call customer care and ask them to fix it. Solved.
