Nelson's Parabolic Manual describes how to build a fibreglass dish of up to 12 feet in diameter.

OK, it costs 35 Austalian dollars, weighs 0.2 kilogrammes and explains how to make a 3.7 metre diameter C-band dish.

I have no credit card or enough money for buying the book. So anyone please explain the process of building a fiber dish.

If you do not have the resources available to buy a book, then i do not think you have the resources to build a dish, its a rather large project and requires some investment.

Perhaps try asking on the sat-industry.net forums , may be some people there who have some knowledge of such a project.

I think as someone else said you may be in the wrong place to ask this question, on this forum the main topics are Sky, which is a consumer satellite TV product and aligning dishes to get European satellites, not building your own satellite dish. Even installing a satellite dish and system is beyond the abilities of many of the posters here (no offense anyone :) ).

I'm a bit confused as to how you can afford to construct a 6ft fiber dish with all the associated satellite equipment but can't afford the manual, or did I miss something.
