UPC Digital Connection Problem

Hi All In Christchurch (D8) and since yesterday evening my digital TV keeps flicking from on to "cant find a signal, check the cable into the box". Sometimes it'll work for a few min, then start flicking between the two again. Checked all cables, they're fine, restarted the box too. Rang UPC but was on hold for 30 min so…

Hi All

In Christchurch (D8) and since yesterday evening my digital TV keeps flicking from on to "cant find a signal, check the cable into the box". Sometimes it'll work for a few min, then start flicking between the two again.

Checked all cables, they're fine, restarted the box too. Rang UPC but was on hold for 30 min so got pi$$ed off and hung up.

Anyone else having similar problems or got an idea of what I can do?

ring upc and wait for them to answer they should be able to help u

Go to their website www.upc.ie and send an email, including your name, address and customer account number. It can be faster than dealing with them by telephone.
