UPC Digital Connection Problem

    Hi All

    In Christchurch (D8) and since yesterday evening my digital TV keeps flicking from on to "cant find a signal, check the cable into the box". Sometimes it'll work for a few min, then start flicking between the two again.

    Checked all cables, they're fine, restarted the box too. Rang UPC but was on hold for 30 min so got pi$$ed off and hung up.

    Anyone else having similar problems or got an idea of what I can do?

    ring upc and wait for them to answer they should be able to help u

    Go to their website www.upc.ie and send an email, including your name, address and customer account number. It can be faster than dealing with them by telephone.
