Chorus Smart Card Query

    I am going to give Chorus a call this morning but was hoping that someone here could shed some light on a problem I am having with my MMDS. When I got up this morning and turned the tv there was a message on the screen saying " your smart card has never been paired" this is on both the upstairs and downstairs tv's. Any advice appreciated.
