If your mum friends and family are going you probably dont want to be going far. Are you living near a big city you could have the craic and then you could go home after. There aren't really that many irish sites to get ideas but someone told me www.hen-party.ie is pretty good. Actually it was my cousin and she said they got good ideas from the forum. I think you shouldn't bring the oldies, they won't fit in. Have another night in the hens house for them and yee can go mad!!!!!!!:D

thanks for that - theyre mostly going to be her friends, i think she wants a big bash weekend so was thinking killarney for a spa weekend and then we could go on the tear at night - is that a bit boring tho??i dont really know her friends but i presume every girl would like to get pampered during the day & then to mental at night?

Yeah that hen party is a good website alright. I've got some ideas for my friends hen on it. Check out the weddingsonline forum as well. That gives good advice on hen parties. I'm a bit the same as you, not sure where to start. Those sites helped alright though
