Converting video files to 3gp

Hi, Does anybody know any good free programmes from the net for converting videos so I can put them on my 2gb card on my phone.free software I have tryed that freez 3gp convertor but it wants money for a reg code cherrs kavo

I downloaded something called twin something or other from download.com. Works fine. Just enter avi to 3gp in search box, filter for free software.
