Best converter for mp4 for ipod touch

What's the best freeware converter to mpg4 for ipod touch?
Google throws up a load but I want to know what people have been using.

Try Videora, has an option for all the iPOD's that are video capable, incl iPhone. Easy to customise the settings and file sizes. Need to stay on-line for access to best features but it doesn't use any bandwidth to run the app after you download it.

I use Xilisoft Video Converter - Select iPod Touch > Zoom to Pan and Scan > Encode.

Yes, if you click the videora link and read just a little about it you could have found that out without needing to ask http://www.videora.com/

I used this one before also and actually found it a tad slow, maybe it has improved since then though.
