How long does plaster last?

Hi, i have a bag of bonding plaster i opened 2 weeks ago and was planning on using again this weekend, but not too sure if i should chuck it at this stage. How long does it last opened? thanks, J

If its kept dry and covered it should be fine. If there are any hard lumps or bits in it chuck it. Test it by mixin up a small bit see how well it sets.

Gyproc plasters last approx 12 weeks from date of manufacture

Opened? Up to a month. After that just mix little bits for filling holes etc.
