30-01-2008 03:24PM#1Apologies for the rather unwieldy thread title but listening to Sparks, one of my favourite bands, a lot recently since Dudess put up this thread in music and in anticipation of their forthcoming 21st album and this track off 2006s Hello Young Lovers really kicks a$$ after 1min 18secs (as an added bonus the vid contains lots of kitties:))
BTW thats Dean Menta, one time FNM guitarist.
Their 2002 comeback Lil' Beethoven also rocks out with Ugly Guys and Beautiful Girls. Been racking my brains for other examples of good, or bad, attempts at metal by bands who don't normally turn it up to 11. Any thoughts?0
