Have rent prices gone down recently? What would you think would be the most you would get by renting out a 3 bed house in Dundrum? (Close to LUAS line
    & Dundrum Town Centre?
    Thank You

One million euro a month seems to be fair.

Noone will pay €1,500 on a kip except foreigners who plan on cramming 10 of them into the place.

I pay €1,650 on a 3 bed 1st let semi, place is beautiful but I certainly wouldn't pay the same for some of the houses we viewed before this.

If your house is in good shape, €1600 - €1700 and cap the amount of people allowed live there to 3 or 4.
