Recycling CD's and DVD's -Where?

Is it possible to recycle CD's and DVD's? I know there's an oxfam bin in my local bring centre, but I'm talking about CD-Rs and DVD-Rs that would not be of use to anybody.

If so, where? I'm based in Dublin.

Sorry of this has been asked before, my search returned nothing relevant.

Your local authority will have a recycling centre near you.

    Have a look here...

free to post to them and everything. I wonder do they need to be intact though as I know I've broken some personal CD's before disposing of them before so they can't be read.

I went to the Ballyogan municipal site last weekend and they recycle them there. I think the DCU Dublin city one does as well.
