Interesting thing i noticed on the way home..

from work yesterday.

If you sit on a train from Bray on a winters evening (so it will be dark) going in a northern direction but facing south and sitting on the right hand side of the train you will notice when you get to Glenageary the lights from inside the train shine from the window like a mirror effect which block the signposts in Glenageary train station. So unless you know it's Glenageary you might miss your stop. Now other factors that come into it could be your posture and height. I'm 6'0'' or 6'2'' with mbt's on. I was sitting firmly upright (i sit like that when i'm happy and as it so happened i was happy yesterday). So to all you people out there that are 6'0'' happy and sitting upright on the dart. I would reccomend you look left to check the station you are at.

On my way home from work on a dark wet day there're usually puddles about. Now from a distance light will reflect off the puddles, but when you get closer they disappear because there is no overhead light.
So the task is to remember where they are. If you mess up you get wet feet.

And that's only one part of the epic adventure.

for the record i dont wear MBT's i just had a measuirng tape on me in the shoe shop so i measured the heel. I don't need to walk like no African bare footed man

I beg to differ. I'm sure it's well documented on the internet how gnats mate. sure just type in google "I want to know how gnats mate" and i'm sure you'l get all the answers you need. I noticed that the vast majority of Irish motorists can't dip their lights on time. After spending the day at a conputer and/or out on the manufacturing floor gettin blinded by welders my eyes tend to be sore in the evenings.

Coming to a corner and seeing a car's lights coming, I dip before he comes around the bend. The odd time they will also dip, but for the most part they wait until you are facing each other and their lights are blinding the bejaysis out of you before they dip.

I started getting peeved at this and if they didn't seem to be goin to dip I'd flash my heads as a warning that I was there (just in case I'd dipped mine before they spotted me) but again, most people wait until they can see the inside of your car fully illuminated that they eventually dip.

Now, completely irate I find myself blinding late dippers as they are about to pass me. I know this is highly irresponsible and probably dangerous, but if you are that bloody slow in operating a simple secondary control you shouldn't be allowed behind the wheel. :mad::mad::mad:

When you are sitting on the train and it's dark out and you see the reflection of the opposite window in yours. From looking at the reflection it gives you the impression that you are travelling in the opposite direction and it **** with your head.
