I know it's being updated but I need something now. Does anyone have a copy to sell or loan please. I'm in Dublin.

Its good but there is nothing in it that you wont find elsewhere (apart from Homebond recommendations)

It appears that it is only one part you are looking for. If its a construction detail for example there are other building manuals in Easons for example or you could google the item you are looking for.

A lot of the product manufacturers have various sketches/details available on their web sites. Take Kingspan for example you can even download details for autocad or you can get up to date requirements of building regs and details of their products and how they meet the requirements.

There are a lot of details that can be found without having to even leave the comfort of the PC.

Let us know what you have in mind specifically and we may be able to help or point you in the right direction.

Thanks , I'm still peein around with this extension. Two piers either side of the double doors, built last week when I wasnt here, were different sizes and in the wrong place so I took them down today to find the rebar wasnt fixed to the founds, it split away from the wall with a few jabs of the kango and fell over. And I made a better job of the blocklaying for the cowshed, even though I never layed blocks before. I'll stop ranting now.

Was at the Homebond Right on the Site event last Wednesday night and the Homebond reps stated that the new manual will be out shortly that they were waiting for the publication of TGD-L so that the relevant information could be included in the manual.
