POP3 mail info for pokertracker please

Im finally goin to download pokertracker and I am lookin for the following info:

its askin me for a POP3 mail server name:

I have a vodafone 3G connection.

anyone know what i fill in this box? for server name

POP3 is to do with email. You shouldn't have to fill this information in anywhere to download and run PT.
Are you using a windows pc to download with internet explorer - the same as you browse boards with? You should be able to click on the link and save the file to your computer.

I've downloaded it and am trying to get my hand historys to auto import everytime i go online to play...usually with I Poker for cash.

To auto import dont i need to go to utilitles-pop3 email set up?

I think some sites (pokerstars) email you your hand histories and you can get PT to check for them in your email automatically. Never used pokerstars so not sure.

But for iPoker cash games just go to File Menu->Auto import hand histories...->iPoker Network.
Then tell it where your hands are - eg: C:\Poker\Poker Site\History - and hit start timer.

It should check that folder periodically for new hands.
