Has anybody used hotelsclick.com ? I want to make sure it's reliable before I book with them. Thanks.

    Stay well away!

Booked with them, the hotel had no reservation for us so we had to book into another hotel.

Hotelsclick still took out the money and I'm still trying to get it back.

They never answer their phones either.

I use Roomex hotels, they do a corporate deal with work. They're very good to respond to emails too.

I think booking.com are the best, although they dont take the money when you book, the hotel charges your card on check out, this can be a pain if the currency changes.(could be good too)

I've used HotelsClick.com on several occasions and can always get through to them on the phone. Seems their prices are the best.

Just a note for booking.com, when you check out you can opt to pay in cash instead of credit card.
Can be useful when paying for hotels in the States!

We have used both www.hotelopia.com/ie and www.bookit.com.
Very impressed with both but particularly so bookit.com.Cheapest hotel rates when we travelled to Mexico.Good luck.:):)
