I signed up to this in the hope of making a payment/transfer to a German a/c (Wirecard) but its rubbish. You can only make payments to preloaded accounts not add new ones. Strangely the internet banking demo on the site shows that its really easy to do except when you sign up for it you find out you can't do it. Does…

Does anyone know if by ringing them up they can add the a/c? Thanks

Yeah, they take all details over the phone and ask if you want it as a once off or to leave it there.
