Cant recall the last time I saw a proper stick of snow, I think there might have been one in 2004 or early 05.

I beg to differ: Christmas Day 2004 in Cork - it snowed a treat.

I'm in Navan too and definitely 6 inches if not more, cars are getting stuck all along the main roads!

I'm not exagerating, people are just abandoning their cars on the sides of the road between Navan and Kentstown (road connecting N2 and Navan) as the cars are getting stuck on the main road!!

    Crazy!!

Feck all in Co.Dublin, there was a wee bit earlier but I don't think it stuck.

Drove home from work earlier from drogheda to cavan, wicked weather, dangerous on the roads. Turned off termonfeckin road towards hospital and had a brief encounter with the footpath. Drogheda to slane road was just as bad along the river boyne. Me thinks I'll stay in bed in the morning.:D

Looks beautiful. As a driver though, I find snow a pain in the arse. And sludge is just ugly. Much prefer a nice hard crisp frost.

About 3/4 foot of snow out here. Excellent :D

I made a bad decision of going to a friends house down long winding country roads in the middle of what could only be described as a blizzard, it took about an hour for a 15 min journey, the same back too. I really hope it's not gone tomorrow, should be great craic :D
