Any luck with 46A Kevin, erstwhile of this parish M-R-- thinking Myers?
... and 47D Turf or similar in the Bishopric with Man --D-R thinking Sodor, but no idea why?

Sodor is correct - Sod of turf - Sodor and Man is the diocese covering the Isle of Man.
