    Hi
My brother splashed out on a small sony bravia tv for the parents..
The problem with it is that i cant seem to tune in any of the free to air stations. i.e rte1, rte2
There seems to be a small plastic aerial on the back of the tv which appears to be connected properly.
There isnt the connection to attach a seperate aerial
    Any ideas?

    Cheers

does it actually have an analogue tuner built in or does it only have a digital ( DTT ) tuner ??

Look for a symbol of a TV screen with what looks like a T (but with 2 lines going up instead of one). You should find a port which will accept an external aerial there (depends on the model of your TV of course). Its probably on the left hand side of the TV just in from the connection ports for s-vid/audio in etc.

Is it UK or Irish model?
Are you on a UHF only or mixed UHF/VHF area?

I can't say the same applies for all but can you not connect an external aeral to where the 'plastic aerial' is connected. Remove one and insert the other?

This TV is not the G series, is it? Model Number: KDL15G2000U
