    Leaving less then 20m from Clontarf exchange.
    Also I have the Router and PC close to one another.

    its the same service that magnet used to offer, even down to using the same stb.
    i have it here, its fairly good, the vod offerings are fairly limited,
    picture quality is good (better than ntl digital imo) but due to constant drop outs in service its generally unwatchable.
    im on magnets 8mb service and the connection can easily be maxed out so its not a b/w issue.

    OK It appears there are enough trialists for the the first round, the last few confirmations will be going out today as I understand. If you have not heard by Monday/Tuesday, (7th-8th) you are not on this trial :(.

    If I hear of another trial, I will see what we can do to let ye know about it.

    Guys getting a few requests for updates about getting equipment and the like.

    I don't know is the simple answer:) I got my equipment last week and it works pretty well, simple to setup and some cool networking over your internal electrical wiring toys, well cool to me:)

    Anyone who has gotten the NDA and wondering what is happening, join the smart telecom support forum, stick your smart phone number in your profile so the guys there can check that you have signed the NDA and request access to the smart IPTV trial forum on this thread -> http://support.smarttelecom.ie/forums/showthread.php?t=1965

    Once you have access to the forum you can share your thoughts / ask for updates etc.
