From what I've seen Thai wimmins don't appear to age to well, so I'll pass thanks.

Ah no, Irish wimmins are plenty good.

If I was going foreign she'd be french, and wear a beret, and red shoes, and eat croissants and pains au chocolat and read poetry and existential literature and dance when no music is playing and we'd drink cheap wine together in bed all day.

I love you french imaginary lady

My mate is married to a Thai girl. She is a pain in the arse but a great cook.

Trouble is, she (and from what I can gather all her Thai friends are the same) loves the old casino, it's like a drug to her.

Still, she is a great cook;)

Nothing worse than getting a note saying you owe an extra few quid on her and then finding that An Post have opened her up already...

I wonder if a irish guy falls in love etc with a thai, chinese etc girl living in ireland, they get married and it's all perfectly normal and legit, do people tend to assume that she is a thai/chinese mail order bride?

Can you get mail order Irish brides that are C.O.D so you can toss them back fairly easily?

She'd catch a chill with just a beret and red shoes. Put an Aran geansaí on the wedding list ....

you'd have to teach her to use a razor though. Hairy armpits really ruin that whole (very nice) image.

Damn, impulsive purchase's, I'm drunk & I got paid today. I figured "Yeah why not" and voted yes.

Why don't Argos sell them with a 16 day money back offer.

My 25 year old nephew recently married one (love not mail order) she's 20 years younger than me and her mother is the same age but looks older than MY mother!

Lol @ that program on C4 during the week. She picks the least desperate guy off the list and sends him an email saying she loves him, she has two kids and he should come to some back-water in Thailand to meet her. She then has no idea why he doesn't respond.

Was it just me or did she have a serious Jekyl and Hyde thing going on too? When she was dolled up she looked fantastic but in the day to day shots she looked like Mother Theresa.

Her mother is same age as her? What a magical land of whimsey and wonder that Thailand is.

Theres a guy who works in the local hospital bought a Thai bride. He creeps most of the staff out as he's a bit odd. I really feel sorry for the poor girl.

She's now got citizenship and 50% of his worldly goods. And is she gets a divorce in another EU country she might not have to wait 5 years. How long does a Thai divorce take ?

    Or maybe she likes him.
