I've heard of a guy called Dermott McDermott & there's also a girl from my area called "Gethin" Dick

(in a sligo accent it's pronounced Gettin Dick)

there was a guy called Drew Peacock his parents only realised it when they did a search on the internet to see if anyone famous had the same name.
Google came back with "did you mean droopy c*ck?"
