Energy Efficient Bulbs equivalent to 150w

Does anyone know where I can get them in Ireland? I can only ever find them equivalent up to 100 watts.

I don't think there is such a thing in the CFL line. You can get them a little bit more than 100 W equivalent but not 150. Neighbours of mine have 5 or 6 20 W CFL lamps in a cluster in their dining room and it provides good light in a large room using only about 100 W.

Woodies do them up to 125w equivalent.

I've ordered quite a few off these guys including a 65w cfl which is equivalent to 325w incandescent off these guys(for a very big room)

and this is a 150w equivalent.

Though i tend to find that i need to go a bit higher than what they say. a 125w equivalent is really more a match for a 100w incandescent bulb for example. So maybe you should go for this one..

I'm sure there are other sites that do them as at those prices now they're a bit dear.

Yeah that's my experience as well. I'm all for using these bulbs but find that most of the ones available are way too dim. Thanks for the links!
