Advance Pitstop - Do they sell parts?

Basically need to get new headlamp bulbs (H4) and will probably pick up some engine oil also. Bit stuck for time and the only place near my office is an Advance Pitstop. So does anyone know if they sell parts, or do they give you the whole "we will have to fit them for you" crap?

most garages would sell either of the 2 things you need.... not sure about advance... they may not have small quantities of oil...
