Has anyone else found it difficult to open an account with this shower?

    Is it worth the hassle?

Opened one about 2 years ago - no issues.

I opened one too. Can seem like a bit of hassle but no more than any other bank. Earned a lot of interest with them either so can't argue.

"A shower"? They are a great lot to be honest, high interest rate, easily accessible and opening an account is easy with all the relevant docuementation, had it all back in a short few weeks and account set up immediately.

Followed all the steps on the website and sent in the documents they wanted. Setup in less than 2 weeks about 6 months ago.

    What problems are you having?
