Converting .ivr into .wmv or .avi

Right sorry if this a stupid question but google is not helping me today. I got a video in .ivr format and will only play with real player but i need to convert to some other format. I downloaded GP3 but it wont work for some reason (it keeps crashing in the middle of the setup, now i cant uninstall it either ffs!!) Any…

you could try super it converts loads of formats and its free , just check the site and see if its suitable
