Coolest dream ever

My other half woke me up for work this morning whilst I have having quite possibly the coolest dream ever.

First of all the dream was in black and white and it was in the 50's or something. I was watching a band in a small smoky venue and one of the female band members decided to do a really slow bongo solo. So I was like "f*ck yeah" :D coooool.

But everyone else in the room was going "what the f*ck is this sh!te" because they'd never heard of bongo solo before

Anyway I woke up with a smile on my face, great start to the day.

What was the best dream you had ?

If you were aroused by this dream, you probably need some help

all my dreams are in black and white. I had this dream before where this chick (and her network of friends) i liked was trying to kill me. as daft as that sounds the whole trying to escape and indulgent action scenes made it one of the coolest dreams ever. i think i killed her in the end, it was a very poignant moment.

Isn't there a dreaming/sleeping forum hidden away in the depths of the menu?

Anway, I've never ever remembered a single dream :(

One way to shape your dreams is to have some noise in the backround, like a movie or something....inevitably I become one of the characters in the movie. Wouldn't recommend doing this with American Psycho on in the backround....still a memorable dream though!

all my dreams are in black and white.

Same here. I never realised other people dream in colour until 1-2 years ago when I was talking to my sister about dreams.

I remember, once I realised I was dreaming, and I thought to myself "Hey, this is a dream. I can do anything", so, in my dream I started flapping my arms, rose in the air and soared over the houses of Dublin.

It was pretty cool, because it felt 100% real, despite me knowing it was a dream.

There is a technique to waking up in your dream you know. And you can customize the shyte out of your dream once you get enough practice.

I have a book on it. One sleepologist guy in Stanton university I think, trained a basketball team in their sleep! He showed them a new move in the "real world" and asked them to practice it in the "dream world". Lo and behold they came back from the dream world with the new skill.

I think that's what the super smart black basketballers in Futurama are about.

I was in a room surrounded on all sides by asses protruding from the walls, roof and floor, the only way out was to guess which was a small one and which was a fat one squeezed into a small one... most bizarre.

I had a dream once that I jizzed all over Brittney Spears Face. The fact that I hate that Skanky cow in the first place made it all better.

I dont dream much these days, well not that I remember.

Same here. Some people I've mentioned this too think it's weird, but seeing as I've no idea what I may or may not be missing it doesn't bother me in the slightest.

I believe thats called Lucid dreaming

My favourites are flying and running really fast dreams.
I also like the ones where I meet a really cool person and talk for ages, but I don't know who they are.

I remember once i was hding from my maths teacher in a van(!) and i was waiting for ages, and i was really scared of being caught. Evcentually she found me, so when she opened the door I roared at her to scare her away. I half succeeded because I woke myself and my brother, because I actually shouted out!

Something like this happened to me once. I always wanted to be able to have lucid dreams so that I could fly. I have this recurring dream and when I wake up I can't believe at the time that I didnt realise I was dreaming. Anyway one time I was having this recurring dream and recognised it as such. I kept thinking "Quick you're dreaming, fly". So i kind of hovered and flew a bit but i was rubbish at it and kept bumping into the walls.

A friend of mine claims never to have dreamed but obviously he just doesnt remember them. I remember mine nearly every day and there is usually a weird one in there. I love them.

Last night I dreamt that I finally scored with the girl of my dreams.
Then I woke up to the horrifying sad reality of my life.
    Fun while it lasted though.

Drank half a bottle of Absinthe once and had the most amazing dreams. Generally I get good ones after drinking.
