hello,i can't find any forum on here for this type of thing so hopefully someone here can help...
as a wedding anniversary present for my parents i went to national library and got a print off the newspaper of the day they were married. it came from a microfilm and i now only have it on a hard copy but the writing is tiny. i tried to get it blown up but librarian said it would lose it's qualities so i was really hoping someone may have some idea what to do because otherwise it's no good really as is illegible and i know they would really apreciate it, thanks a mil in advance. id be grateful for any help at all...

Sigh, this isn't a printing forum. This is After Hours..

Pretty sure the Irish Times do this service.
It's obviously cost a bit more, but it'll be a good size and framed I think...

Once it's been transposed from the microfilm I'd doubt there's much you can do. Can you ask them for a bigger print?

P.S. Is there a thread in this forum that hasn't been spammed by Binomate?

The National Library could sort you out, I think it cost ~5 Euro per page but a historian friend of mine is constantly working from little microfilms and I know she gets it done, you could also try the National Archives they could possibly do it too.
