PHP address book importer

    Probably the wrong section if it is please move it.

    I'm looking for a free hotmail address book importer,which loads in the address books using the users email and password and sends them all a specified email.

    Would love a PHP version,As I have to do some calls from database,But any other version would do grand.

    Does anyone know of one?
