Do Eircom charge for the wireless modem if you leave them?

With Eircom and have a 3mb line. Basically its costing me a fortune and i don't really need it. Might go for Perlico's 2 mb bundle for €51.99. At the moment i'm paying €89 with Eircom... Does anyone know if i get charged for the free wireles modem i recieved off Eircom if i leave? Been with them for 2 year or so.

if you are ina bundle its 1 year after you got the modem . Then you can cancel and keep the modem

if you have bb only its 6 months after you got the modem before you can cancel
