Gyms/Yoga in Newbridge!?

Does anyone know of any good gyms in Newbridge.....also are there any yoga classes on anywhere in the town?

Check the sports centre (Station Road) for yoga classes. There will probably be some run after Christmas again in the adult education classes in one of the local schools. There used to be classes in Lumville House too.

For gyms you're better off going around, having a look at them all, seeing the facilities and choosing what suits you best.
