Tony Quinn products

Does anyone know anything about Tony quinn products and whether they're safe to use? I've tried researching it but haven't got much information.
I've also been told he got sued awhile back due to his products not being entirely safe. Can anyone confirm this?

I personally have used a few of the products such as mass builder and am very happy with it, especially taste wise after coming from a prograin which i found rancid. I find it helps a lot if you can enjoy the shake.

If not Tony quinn, then what small dosage creatine product/protein drink/mass gainer would you suggest outside of maximuscle products?

Just throw your opinions at me if you please! All comments appreciated.

Basically there crap, his protein powder is cassein, good to take last thing at night, personally i am a big fan of ON(optimum nutrition), tastes nice too, used maximuscle a bit and tbh if you find that taste rancid your in for a shock, o thought it tasted better than most products out there, ON is nice though, but the king of taste has to be EAS myoplex deluxe shakes - addictive but damn expensive.

Spend your money on plenty of lovely chicken and fish and the odd large steak IMO.

agree with jonathan, stick to good food. no one knows whats in supplements.

if u are goin to take them go by how effective it is.
u shouldnt be using taste as a criteria for buying them.

they cost a lot of money to be goin by taste

I tried his b- stres suplement once,a few years ago and initially found it ok but then after a few days felt light headed and sickly .Think it cost 27 euros at the time. I also tried the MAN supplement by LA muscle which make all kinds of claims but found it to be a let down and not worth the £45 price.

Have tried a few supplements over the years ,not all body building types but feel good ones like MACA and Rhodiola and found them to be good .

Intrested to know of any other supplements members have taken or take and would recomend for that chill out , feel good factor ?

Tbh i have never heard anything positive about tony quinns products from a reliable source. I use ON whey and NutitionX RAM for post-workout shakes, I have heard good things about NutritionX Promatrix shake taste wise too.

Personally i would bother with Tony Quinn, there are better supplement stores with superior products around!

    Thanks for the feedback guys.

I've had pretty decent results from both Maximuscle and tony quinn products, it's just that I heard a few bad things about TQ and so have been thinking about staying away.

I would stick to food if I could but I find I can only eat so much. I know I know, I should try stretch my stomach etc. I've tried and failed and supplements seem to be an easy option for me to put on weight.

    www.irish-lifting.com

    www.pronutition.ie

On both sites you will get better quality products and cheaper products then either maximuscle or Tony quinn. I am not saying that there maybe anything wrong with either of those products but due to the large advertising budget etc they tend to be way over priced.

Personally I am a big Nutrition X far as they are great products and Irish so sort of a win win situation however irish-lifting have a special on ON whey at the moment so you could check that out

jsb how have you found irish lifting for delivery?

It said 1-2 days but the order has been processing since monday, despite being lots of it in stock.

It was pretty quick for me but I had let mickk know before hand what I was roughly going to get.
Your best bet is to PM mickk and ask him does he know if there is any problem with the order. I can't guarantee that he will see the PM today but he should see it over the weekend and get back to you.

edit: actually there seems to be a phone number on the website so try and give it a ring 01-4789252
