    can u pour yoghurt over hot food without it losing its nutritional value

    You mean without losing the active bacteria??

    Hmm - not sure. It would have been pasturised, but I don't know if that was before or after they added the culture to the milk.

    I'm guessing there will be bacteria since homemade yogurt is made with other yogurts. If you're talking about the nutritional value, I doubt it.

    Probably not much, but, as others posted, depends on the type of yoghurt and the heat of the "porriidge" its being poured over.

    Why don't you just eat the yogurt cold if you're so worried about losing its nutritional value? :rolleyes:

    It's only 50 bleedin mls of cultured milk.
