Anyone own or have any info on this model- I've tried searching for it but can only get small bits of info- usually in a different language :confused: All input welcome :D

Very little on google about it. A good site for TV reviews is http://www.homecinemachoice.com/reviews/
Not sure if they've got your model in there, but I think in general Philips are not one of the better LCD manufacturers.

EDIT: This is a review of the 42PF9731D ....Sounds like that might be the same model?..

Cheers for that- most promising lead I've had so far- think the l in the product reference might just refer to ambilight- but i'd presume the rest of the technology would be the same. Feel free to correct me though!! Thanks agai
