Lost in Half-Life2:Episode Two?

saw this whilst playing through Half-Life2:Episode Two i took my own screenshots of it, but this one i found on a HL site and was easier to link to :P i wonder is this just valve paying kudos to lost or is it part of a bigger picture? i certainly hope it's the former.

God I hope they don't combine the two stories ... we will figure out what is going on in both some time in 2078
