Actually, while I only registered in December, I used to browse Boards on and off for a long time before that, and I remember some damn good threads in the Nest, including watching the Orifice from not long after its inception.

When I did register, and popped in here, the place had damn few regulars, and that did not include you or a lot of the names I remembered from before. Migrated to LUPNIP or wherever, I presume, and left the Nest to gather cobwebs.

I for one would be well pleased to see some of those old regulars re-appearing, but that said, I had no problem with those who were around when I registered, and I have no problem with the current "noobs" including myself who at least keep the place going in our own way.

Maybe our sense of humour isn't yours ... maybe the place has changed ... walk away from any place for a couple of years and leave it to fend for itself, and things change. C'est la vie!

And to-day isn't a good day to start on me btw ... I've already had one ferocious row with my boss in RL, and I was NOT the one to scurry away, so don't expect me to "act scared" around you!

I interact with people here with a tiny post count that are great craic, and there are people with big post counts who are complete d1ckheads.

The reason you think it's sh1te is because the people who used to hang out in here have moved on, you don't know the current crew, so it's harder to have a laugh. Part of the fun is having fun and taking the piss out of people you are familiar with, not a bunch of 'noobs' as you say.

Seriously though, it's just a forum, don't get upset if people newer than you start using it.

Stop judging people by their join date and post count ftw.

On a side note, did posts never count in TCN or did they count for a while, when did it stop? Anyhow, we are all here because we want to be.
