Any festivals on in Europe in late November? And any other ideas for a stag in Nov?

Hey folks, My brother is getting married and he's having his stag in November. We're just looking for ideas so if anyone has any good ones that'd be great. Specifically if there's any cool or interesting festivals, that would make it a good one :) Cheers folks, just throw some suggestions at me!

The Race meeting in Cheltenham in November is a great weekend if you were into that sort of thing. Otherwise maybe Milan or Barcelona to a big football match maybe.
